Manage the project life cycle (initiating, planning, execution, monitoring & control, and closing) and cooperate with project teams to fulfill the business needs and strategies.
2. 規劃和協調IT 和非 IT相關專案中資源使其能妥適應用
Plan and coordinate resources within the selected IT and Non-IT project portfolio to optimize the resource allocation.
3. 定期與專案關係人進行審查並評估專案,並視需求調整執行方向以滿足業務需求。
Review and evaluate projects with stakeholder committees, steering the project portfolio, and adjust the project portfolio to meet business needs.
4. 識別專案風險及挑戰,並提供因應方案,或針對專案繼續執行、變更、擱置或終止提供建議。
Identify risks and challenges of projects/programs and provide mitigations or recommendations of continuing execution, changing scope, placing on hold or discontinued the project.
5. 創建和維護專案文件;確保專案品質及流程符合規範。
Create and maintain project portfolio documents and artifacts; Ensure project quality and process compliant.
