Responsibilities
Strengthen S&OE and S&OP processes to effectively balance short-term and long-term demand/supply.
Excellent inventory management to keep optimal inventory level and reduce destruction.
Design and implement strategies to efficiently manage the supply chain operations.
Collaborate with Region/HQ supply chain team for project implementation or adoption of new framework.
Manage cross-functional ad-hoc projects (if any) with comprehensive communication to drive changes.
Maintain compliance with internal control, all regulatory requirements, and internal SOPs.
Cooperate with customer service to mitigate supply chain risk and manage service provider's operational excellence.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Materials/ Logistics or related field.
5+ years’ experience in Supply Chain, Operations Management, preferably in FMCG.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tool (Power BI)
Proficient with Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).SAP Experience.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken (TOEIC>=750)
Excellent business acumen coupled with analytical and logical thinking, capability for data and root cause analysis to perform appropriate actions.
A goal-oriented change driver with strategic thinking, can-do attitude and passion to learn, open to innovative ways of working
3+ year people manager experience and proficient stakeholder management and communication
