A. Human Resources:
A-1. Recruitment and Selection:
- Execute recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Participate in candidate selection and facilitate the onboarding process.
A-2. Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Manage new employee onboarding and orientation.
- Handle offboarding processes for departing employees.
A-3. HR Record Keeping:
- Establish, maintain, and archive HR-related records such as personal employee information, attendance records, and performance evaluations.
A-4. Attendance Management:
- Oversee monthly attendance management, including tracking and reporting.
A-5. Training and Development:
- Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development initiatives.
A-6. Performance Appraisal:
- Assist in conducting performance appraisal processes.
A-7. Insurance Administration:
- Manage insurance enrollment processes, including labor and health insurance, employee group insurance, and company fire insurance.
A-8. Employee Health Check-ups:
- Coordinate and facilitate employee health check-up procedures.
B. Administrative Duties:
B-1. Expense Reimbursement:
- Process administrative expense reimbursement requests.
B-2. Front Desk Support:
- Provide backup support for front desk duties during leave periods.
C. Miscellaneous Tasks:
- Undertake other tasks assigned by supervisors.
