In this highly visible role, the Strategy & Insights Analyst is expected to analyze the business performance, to identify and prioritize business opportunities, refine strategy initiatives, to communicate the results and recommendations to the organization and cross functional teams.
Job Specifications & Key Responsibilities
Sales Forecasting
• The incumbent will be actively involved in Taiwan’s monthly rolling forecast discussion, providing weekly sales forecast to finance, operations and partnership team
Business Analysis and Reporting
• The incumbent will play a critical role in driving weekly/quarterly OKR process and weekly sales meeting
• Responsible for assessing business performance and driving all of Taiwan’s sales & marketing analytics. Scope of work include but not limited to below:
1. Top line sales/orders analysis
2. Product mix, order mix and gross profit analysis
3. Growth decomposition to identify the key drivers/drags
4. Promotion evaluation
5. Pricing
• Support Head of S&I to develop and deploy ‘new ways of working’, such as big data and algorithm based analysis
• Maintain and deliver Power BI KRI / Customer / Weekly brand tracking dashboard to Taiwan Executive Leadership team
Consumer Research
• Assist Head of S&I in managing research vendors and delivering key market research projects – media mix modeling, weekly branding tracking, offers testing, concept testing, CLT, turf analysis..etc
• Manage and maintain S&I budget
