- Customer service through telephone, email or on-site, and regular clients visit and data review.
- Technical support and troubleshootings for clients and customers complaints management.
- Sales supporting and product training and follow up.
- Maintain good communication and relationship with distributors and customers.
2. Product Development
- Be able to work effectively with the development/manufacture engineers and manufacturers.
- Monitor and achieve the timelines the product development progress.
