What You'll Do: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (multidisciplinary scientists and engineers, sales, marketing, production) to develop innovative materials and solutions for high-value applications. • Plan and execute projects in polymer design, synthesis, processing and blending. • Develop novel chemicals or materials for applications in semiconductor, biomedical or energy-related applications that might offer lower carbon footprints benefit. • Partner with customers to solve technical challenges and develop effective solutions. • Responsible for new project initiation including conducting technology, market, competitors, and customers assessments. • Ensure research activities comply with lab safety and environmental regulations and quality control standards. • Establish and maintain a database of experimental data and documents to support the tracking and communication of research results.
