Initiate and follow up with corrective action plan as required. • Promoting material quality achievement and performance improvement across the organization, setting up and maintaining controls and documentation; • Collating and analyze performance data and charts against defined parameters. • Manage suppliers quality performance: Maintain Amer Sports initiatives at suppliers’ level. Analyze Supplier Quality Performance information; establish timely Root Cause analysis and Corrective Action. • Train and certify Suppliers materials personnel on Material 4 points inspection process and requirement. • Maintain the accuracy of data. Communicate and collaborate with respective parties on negative materials quality performance trend; be familiar with same Vendor’s performance indicators. • Communicate with and initiatives to develop Prevention Systems to include Process Capability Analysis, Process Improvement, Critical Quality Specifications etc.
