Define and execute corrective action plans. • Monitor and maintain customs simplified procedures and program statuses for TE Legal entities in TW. • Design and leverage trade data analytics to identify compliance risks, cost-savings opportunities, and other metrics of value and effectiveness. • Contribute to strategic projects focused on enhancing capabilities of TE's systems impacted by customs considerations to drive efficiencies and cost savings for the company. • Partner with GTS Governance to monitor trade compliance regulatory and legislative changes, assess the potential impact to the business, and determine the necessary actions and communications with the appropriate stakeholders. • Partner with GTS Governance to review competitive contracts, evaluate scope of services and ensure that TE receives best-in-class partners, services, and systems. • Conduct periodic planning sessions in collaboration with GTS Governance, and Operational Compliance teams to align on strategy, results, and opportunities. What your background should look like: • Bachelor's degree required (international relations, supply chain, law, or related field preferred) • 8+ years of experience in international trade, focusing primarily on TW trade compliance and management of Customs imports programs. • Preferred: 3+ years of experience in communications, industrial, or transportation industries • Preferred: 3+ years of experience in functional leadership or senior management • Functional knowledge of customs I/Export & in/outbound topics across TW. • Demonstrated ability to design, deploy, and administer effective trade compliance policies and processes into business operational practices. • Proven ability to build trust and interact seamlessly with a variety of business groups in a dynamic global organization. • Proven ability to execute and provide results despite challenges and setbacks. • Excellent organizational habits and priority management • Customer focused with a commitment to quality. • Experience in working with team remotely and visiting the site for on the ground support/guidance. • Experience in the cooperation of the corporate functional team and the BU operational team in TW. • Understand the customs valuation methods and risky areas. • Understand the Export Control regulations and framework in TW and US/EU. • Experience in the tariff classification and relevant procedure. • Experience in the communication with the local authorities in charge of the cross-border business and import license applications. • Direct management of the brokerage agency including KPI review and RFQ renew, including centralized day-to-day declaration. • Experience in the communications with TW Customs for daily consulting and advance ruling application. • Training for the BUs and the audience in the region • Experience of the global logistics and warehouse operation, in TW, is a plus. • Exposure and awareness of collaboration in the APAC region is a plus. • Customs authorized broker is a plus. • Some travel may be necessary in fulfillment of responsibilities 15-30%.

Job Overview As a Sr. Product Dvl Engineer in the Signal Integrity team you will focus on the electrical design, simulation, and verification-validation testing of high speed products in the connector and/or cable assembly, radio system industry—targeting high speed communications and connectivity within datacenters and wireless infrastructure. You will be expected to independently work on projects in the areas of signal integrity for product and system design including modeling, simulation, testing and circuit board layout. You will work collaboratively within a broader cross functional team of mechanical, manufacturing, & operations to execute leading edge products designs. You will be the subject matter expert for the signal integrity performance of a product/platform beginning with the initial analysis through prototype fabrication & evaluation, and production verification testing. You will tackle challenging design problems and utilize simulation tools to guide complex designs toward success. Responsibilities: •Subject matter expert in signal integrity design, simulation and validation activities through product development cycles •Establishing signal integrity design performance/functional requirements for new products •Performing signal integrity simulations for multiple high-speed standards on each product. This includes determining the correct simulation methodology and setup to use, as well as a good understanding of the criteria for each interface. •Performing PCB design schematic and layout reviews •Creating actionable recommendations based upon design reviews and simulation results •Guiding connector design and component qualifications from a signal integrity standpoint. Making data driven decisions about the product functionality and areas for improvement. Required Skills/Experience: •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Master’s degree preferred •Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a signal integrity engineering role •Experience with interconnect design or experience with connector &/or cable/cable assembly design (high speed twinax cables, direct attach copper (DAC) cables), &/or RF antenna, RF sub-system •Signal integrity analysis tools (Agilent ADS, Ansys HFSS) •A solid understanding of electromagnetic theory and electrical circuit behavior •Strong analytical capabilities to interpret simulation and lab data to identify issues and provide solutions to fix identified problem. SixSigma methodologies or other strong data analytics background a PLUS. •Familiarity with printed circuit board design, fabrication and assembly. Proficient in Altium a PLUS •Experience in project leadership, especially as it applies across design, development & manufacturing teams •Excellent verbal and written communication skills •Ability to work in a global environment – able to accommodate varying time zones, fluent in English (verbal/written), able to collaborate with individuals across geographies •Individual must be highly motivated, a quick learner, and able to work independently

Strategic account plans should include: o Customer information: buying cycle / process, customer goals, focus growth segments, market share, priorities and strategies, key stakeholders and decision makers, application details, global footprint, Voice of the Customer etc. o Relevant market information: markets, market share, competitor SWOT, technologies, trends, environmental changes, political factors, TAM details, etc. o Growth Information: how to win competition or previously lost business, how to gain market share, develop with PM cost out strategy to deliver productivity by still increasing TE’s profitability. - Explain and clearly communicate the customer strategic account growth plan/s to internal groups (Engineering, Product Management etc). - Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders (executive level relationships and key decision makers) in the customer, apply consultative selling methodology and leverage these relationships to position TE as a preferred supplier. - Maintain ongoing and regular direct contact with key stakeholders in the customer. - Manage all commercial aspects with the customer including managing and preparing offers, project contracts and leading price and contract negotiations, following up on current and potential opportunities and projects and selling the TE value proposition. Use the customer service team and estimator for quoting and support them as required. - Identify and understand current and future customer needs and opportunities to introduce and sell products, services and solutions to the customer. Promote TE, TE technologies and product portfolio with the customer and drive projects via relevant Field Engineers. - Proactively address open customer issues, including quality issues, until appropriate closure. - Proactively collaborate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure that financial matters, including cash flow payments, credit concessions and account receivables on current opportunities and projects, are managed and closed appropriately. - Prepare budgets and forecast vs actual performance reporting on won projects. - Actively monitor & maintain KPIs of customer relative to supplier performance standards. Proactively promote the value which TE brings to the customer (with data / results) and work to efficiently service the account. - Maintain an overview of the engineering project pipeline as proposed by relevant Field Engineers to ensure alignment with the account plan and growth strategy. - Business Development Function – Launching and generating opportunity / pipeline growth for TE’s Grid Monitoring portfolio. This role will have a hybrid function where the AM will also lead BD functions at a national level.
