MAIN PURPOSE Responsible for staff cost planning and perform cost player role Main Responsibilities Staff Cost planning • Understand the budget flow of Maison and Richemont regional function (RRF) • Co-work with HR BPs to plan staff cost and requests from Finance / Region / HQ • Review year-to-date result and co-work with HR BPs to reflect impacts in staff cost planning. • To be a staff cost planning expert to continuedly optimize budget cross functions and Maisons. • Co-create new template in cooperation with controlling team to enhance current budget review process with accurate and efficient. HR Administrative Management • To support Sustainability / ESG & DE&I events • To support L&D arrangement • Coordination of employee relations activities
