We are looking for an ambitious Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team. As a Compensation and Benefits specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing, managing and administering our employees' payroll, rewards and benefits. The C&B Specialist runs the dedicated processes and the agenda independently under the leadership of the HR Supervisor. The specialist introduces new processes, collects feedback about the performance of compensation processes and develops/implements the process improvements. The specialist has the full responsibility for the compensation budget and manages costs as the budget is not exceeded. The specialists have regular training sessions for HR Business Partners and line managers. They constantly work on increasing the awareness of the compensation agenda in the organization. Your role will be extremely important as you will be developing programs that to improve performance, engagement and satisfaction of our employees. The goal is to attract, retain and motivate high quality employees while reducing turnover and enhancing our company’s profile as best place to work. 【Job Description】 1. Compensation Management : - Plan and execute attendance, salary, bonus calculation and disbursement operations. - Prepare and manage salary-related analysis reports. - Support annual budget plan and in salary-related project planning and implementation. - Create and analyze job descriptions evaluations and classifications - Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks - Apply effective communication strategies - Assess employees needs by conducting organizational surveys - Keep abreast with new trend and best practice in the filed - Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations - Prepare the regulation requirements of self-assessment / self-audit for Compliance & Internal Audit 2. Familiar with labor insurance and health insurance requirements/operations. 3. Benefits Management : - Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives. - Evaluate existing benefits offerings and make recommendations for enhancement. 4. Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits. 【職務內容說明】 1. 薪酬管理: - 規劃與執行出勤、薪資、獎金等計算與發放作業 - 管理薪資獎金相關報表 - 年度預算計畫作業與薪資相關項目規劃與實施 - 分析職位說明、進行評估與分析 - 薪酬市場分析及有效率溝通 - 熟悉薪酬法規及因應 - 符合法規及內規之規章要求 2. 熟悉勞保/健保/勞退等相關法令規範 3. 員工福利管理 - 員工福利管理、團險、健康活動執行 - 評估現有福利方案,提出優化方案 4. 參與WTW薪酬和福利市場已調查,分析目前市場薪酬水平與福利
