Responsible and ensuring for crew management with compliance to local regulatory with regards to the laws and regulations. Ensure crewing operations are in full compliance according to client requirements. Assist in handling crewing functions such as crew changes, crew sourcing, recruitment and retention. Assist in liaising with port authorities, and ship agents to ensure compliance with embarkation and disembarkation procedures. 2. Coordinate and arrange crew embarkation and disembarkation procedures, including port transportation, boarding inspections, and document processing. 3. Ensure the compliance of all crew-related documents and certificates, including licenses and certificates. 4. Maintain records of crew training and certification. 5. Collaborate with other departments, such as the Galley team and technical personnel, to ensure the smooth operation of the vessel. 6. Assist in managing crew personnel records, such as recording attendance and work hours. 7. Assist in resolving crew issues and needs, providing necessary support.
