1.Serve as ultimate point-of-contact for strategic customers for high-level business discussion.
2.Matching Customers’ criteria & requirements to successfully introduce project/business to Winstek.
3.Coordinates with internal project leader to set up cross-functional team to serve customer.
4.Leads AM through setup of initial production run and then hands over to AM once production is underway.
5.Track strategies of major fabs, design houses, competitors and ATE manufacturers to align Winstek growth strategy.
6.capture any relevant projects of existing customers to grow business relationships.
7.Co-work with AM to maximize revenue and to fix production issue with customer sides.
8.Meet and exceed monthly projected revenue.
9.Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual AOP sales targets; projecting expected sales volume and pricing.
10. Maintains sales volume, & pricing by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, and competitors.
11. Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
12. Drives pricing negotiation with customers, Selling to Customer Needs, & Building key relationships.
13. Determines sales and gross-profit plans by implementing sales & marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
