This position will be responsible for driving sales of key commodity products such as tyres and batteries through our dealer network, developing and managing dealer sales incentive programs, and ensuring the availability of maintenance parts for new model launches. The specialist will collaborate closely with the marketing team to enhance the promotion of key commodity parts and will be tasked with crafting and overseeing the annual sales plan based on the company's goal.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
-Commodity Product Sales:
Drive sales of key commodity products such as tyres and batteries at the dealer level.
-Dealer Sales Incentive Programs:
Develop and implement dealer sales incentive/subsidy programs. Monitor performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure alignment with business objectives and market dynamics.
-Maintenance Parts Development:
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure a timely rollout of maintenance parts for new model launches.
-Marketing Collaboration:
Work closely with the Marketing team to create and execute promotional strategies for key commodity parts at the dealer level. Ensure brand consistency and maximize impact of marketing campaigns.
-Sales Planning:
Develop and manage the annual sales plan based on the company's budget and strategic objectives. Forecast sales targets and allocate resources to maximize profitability and market share.
