RESPONSIBILITIES: • Ongoing quality trend analysis – Gather data, maintain long-term studies, and Pareto analysis for both components from suppliers and in-house assemblies. Use data to tell quality problems, and drive issue closure as a part of Fox Team. • Coordinating APQP development activities across the entire development phases analyze FMEA, Control Plans, Process Flows, and Validation. • PPAP Qualification analysis – Coordinate and validate PPAP documentation received from suppliers, working with Design Engineers and Supplier Development Engineers. • Follow up for follow through – Actively maintain action item trackers with Fox teammates; effect consistent follow-up with Fox team members; document quality issues and improvements and share with group.
