【MUST】Fluently in English (Familiar with Malay or Pilipino is a plus)
a. Daily sales operation of assigned ecommerce platform: product listing, order management, owned platform maintenance, demand forecast, in & out freight logistics arrangement, and customer service..etc.
b. Develop and execute monthly digital marketing plan includes social media, KOL, WOM..etc. to achieve annual given sales target.
c. Develop and execute customer relationship management plan to enhance member engagement and royalty by giving excellent shopping experience.
d. Ability to develop creative digital Ads (incl. display, video, live) content and co-work with designer team to complete well-perform Ads materials.
e. Good cross-function communication and willing to take the ownership to deliver satisfied outcome of given assignment.
f. Familiar with basic Microsoft Office(excel powerpoint, word etc.) & Google Workspace(sheet, slide, document etc.).
g. Other assigned project support from the supervisor.
