We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Cash and Trade Proc Rep, Taiwan - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Cash and Trade Proc Rep 5) based in Taipei, Taiwan. In this role, you're expected to: • Perform signature verification, call-back, referral case, reconciliation, etc. • Follow up pending items and resolve various issues. • Handle customer/non-customer on line service inquiries and offline investigation. • Regulatory Reporting for FCY inward / outward transactions including data input, contact customers and review supporting documents. • Support management for administrative functions. • Conduct UAT/PROD testing if required • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
