Partner with the local customs brokers to facilitate import/export operations and resolve issues of valuation, country of origin and HS codes raised by customs officials. 7. Process import and export shipping documents. 8. Define import/export requirements by finished products while working with internal and external stakeholders. 9. Be the main point of contact for communicating with internal stakeholders across MGL locations about import/export related subjects. 10. Work on trade compliance programs to make sure the company is compliant with all regulations.
This position is responsible for customers' bookings and declarations, monitoring transportation issues, tracking and tracing shipments, inventory management and analysis, preparing monthly performance reports, and performing regular reviews with customers. • Process import and export declarations including preparation of necessary documentation.
