Responsibilities: Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: -Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns that align with the company's objectives. -Create and execute strategies for various digital channels, including SEO, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and PPC advertising. SEO and Website Management: -Optimize website content, structure, and performance to improve search engine rankings and user experience. -Monitor and analyze website traffic and performance, making necessary improvements. Social Media Management: -Manage and grow the company's presence on various social media platforms. -Create and schedule engaging content, monitor social media metrics, and interact with followers. Email Marketing: -Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including creating content, segmenting lists, and analyzing campaign performance. -Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM). Content Marketing: -Create and curate high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics. Develop content calendars and coordinate content distribution across various platforms. PPC Advertising: -Manage pay-per-click advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media advertising. -Monitor ad spend, optimize campaigns, and provide regular reports on ROI. Analytics and Reporting: -Use analytics tools to track and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns. -Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Budget Management: -Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master's degree a plus). -Proven experience as a Digital Marketing or in a similar role. -Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices. -Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management platforms, and email marketing software. -Excellent communication and project management skills. -Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. -Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
