· Manage product line performance in both top-line growth and profitability to achieve business objectives · New product introduction package/training, pricing, product management and life cycle · GTM management: Align 4Ps cross-functionally to ensure the best performance of product launch and sustaining · Consumer value/pricing strategy · Develop effective full year consumer promotion programs for responsible product line · Maintenance of forecasting modules and tools for responsible product line · Create and implement successful sell in & sell out/ ranging strategies for sales team. · Manage local and external suppliers and services where required · Maintain accurate product information briefs, presentations and files · Monitor competitive market analysis and situation files and records · Inventory management – forecasting and stock turns with logistic team · Cross-functional communication and cooperation in daily workspaces

Your Role 1. Manage business planning, reporting and analysis process to ensure the planning and management reporting are accurate, timely and efficiently. 2. You will be interacting closely with various departments, business owners, and other finance and accounting functions to provide overall management reporting and analysis within the company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the annual budget process, rolling forecast updates, and month-end financial review. 2. Perform variance analysis against budget/forecast and offer actionable insights · 3. Perform managements presentations and performance dashboards (WB, MBC, CTM) · 4.
