Job Summary/Purposes 職位概要/目的:
The incumbent is mainly responsible for the administration and management of the company's compensation, benefits, payroll, onboarding, offboarding, and employee movement processes. This role serves as the primary point of contact for employees regarding their compensation & benefits and other HR related inquiries. This role ensures all policies and procedures are followed, deadlines are met, and data is accurately maintained in the HRIS system.

Responsibilities 主要職務:
(1) Payroll Process and Annual Tax Filing 薪資流程和年度報稅:
- Responsible for the monthly payroll and commission calculation for Prada and Miu Miu 負責 Prada 和 Miu Miu 的每月工資和佣金計算
- Oversee the monthly end-to-end payroll process, including provide summary payroll variance data to payroll vendor, payroll breakdown review and confirmation to payroll vendor, preparing e-banking import file, obtain proper approval and ensure on time completion of the payroll process. 主導每月的工資流程,包括向工資供應商提供工資差異數據摘要、工資明細審查和確認,準備電子銀行入帳文件,獲得適當的批刻並確保按時完成工資流程。
- Handling part timers and contract staff attendance record and payroll administration. 處理兼職和合約工的出勤記錄和薪資管理相關查詢
- Manage all the payroll related reports and SAP postings. 管理所有與薪資相關的報表和 SAP 過賬
- Support annual tax filing activities in accordance with regulatory requirements. 根據法定要求進行年度所得税申報
- Proactively response to all employee enquires related to payroll, tax, insurance and pension matters. 主動回應所有員工有關薪資、稅務、保險和退休金事宜的詢問
- Other C&B related maintenance support 其他薪資福利相關的事項
(2) Insurance & Pension Administration 保險和退休金管理:
- Manage employee benefits including labor and health insurance, and group insurance schemes, ensuring timely enrollments, exits and any other movements. 管理員工福利,包括勞動和健康保險以及團體保險計劃,確保及時登記、退出和任何其他變更。
(3) Annual Administration, Audit and others 年度管理、審計及其他:
- Responsible for external and internal audit on payroll and HR related requests 負責薪資和人力資源相關請求的外部和內部審計
- Annual leave / Overtime encashment handling 年假/加班兌現處理
- Annual bonus calculation and processing 年度獎金計算及處理
- Provide employees necessary information to Actuary for Actuaries Reports 向精算師提供員工所需的信息,用於精算師報告
(4) HR Operations 人力資源作業
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and leavers 監督新進員工和離職員工的入職和離職流程
- Maintenance of employee information in HR system & leave system 人力資源系統與休假系統中員工資訊的維護
- Employment contract and documents management 僱傭合約和文件管理
- Employees allowance and festival gift voucher application 員工津貼和節慶禮券申請
- SAP related operations and PO handling SAP 相關作業與各類款項處理
- HR related reports and support 各類人資報告及相關的事項
- Assist in ad hoc projects as required 其他主管交辦事項
Requirements 要求:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field 人力資源管理、工商管理或相關領域的學士學位。
- 5+ years of experience in HR operations or a similar role in a multinational culture擁有 5 年以上跨國企業文化中人力資源營運或類似職位的經驗
- Expertise in Taiwan Labor Standards Act and HR regulations. 熟悉台灣勞動基準法及人力資源法規
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 熟練使用 MS Office(Excel、Word、PowerPoint)。
