職務需求
【工作內容】
1.策略組合與規劃 | 根據營運要求,提出B2B/B2C產品的行銷成長計劃
2.講師開發與產品設計 | 掌握企業學習市場的趨勢,與通路單位與講師夥伴,共同企劃實體、直播或錄播等型態的課程產品,來幫助企業人才卓越成長。
3.分眾內容製作傳播 | 借重講師與異業合作夥伴的資源,讓這些優秀的知識內容,透過有趣的內容格式(Shorts, Reels, Blog, Graphic, Post, 文案, 直播等),展現在不同的TA面前,提高商機轉換率。
4.社群與會員經營 | 在現有數萬名會員與精準分眾社群的數據分析基礎下,創建好的公益服務,建立品牌服務管道,維繫情感並耕耘後續商機。
5.營運目標達成 | 透過持續優化B2B/B2C客戶的漏斗式體驗行銷,去達成公司要求的營運目標。
【 Job Description 】
1.Strategy Formulation | Lead the strategic planning and execution of marketing growth initiatives for B2B/B2C products in alignment with operational requirements.
2.Product Development | Stay abreast of corporate learning market trends, collaborating with channels and partners to design learning experiences including classroom-based learning, real-time live streaming learning and video learning.
3.Content Marketing | Leverage resources from businesses partners to deliver high-quality knowledge through engaging content formats (such as Shorts, Reels, Blogs, Graphics, Posts, and Livestreams) to various target audiences, enhancing conversion rates.
4.Community and Membership | Provide robust touching services thruough the foundation of data analytics among existing members and communities, then fostering emotional connections and cultivating future business opportunities.
5.Goals Achievement | Continuously optimize the B2B/B2C funnel to meet and exceed the MBO.

2.2年以上在B2B/B2C產品、行銷等領域有相關實績,若有實體或線上公開課的製作推廣經驗則更佳。
3.學習力和整合力要很強,您會有與許多不同領域的專家、客戶與消費者互動與交流機會,將這些資訊快速的消化並歸類,變成可以商品化的創意。
4.有一定的美感與製作能力,包含平面或影音。
5.我們很重視數位工作效率,因此希望您能會運用AI或其他常見的雲服務工具。
6.清晰溝通與耐心傾聽是工作基本要求,虛心學習與無私分享是我們的共同組織文化。
【 Requirements 】
1.Proactive and enthusiastic, with a strong sense of responsibility.
2.At least two years of proven experience in the B2B/B2C product and marketing sectors. Experience in producing and promoting physical or online public courses is highly desirable.
3.Strong learning and integration skills are essential. You will interact and communicate with experts, clients, and consumers from various fields. Quickly assimilate and categorize this information into remarkable business ideas.
4.Good aesthetic sense and production capabilities, including graphic and audiovisual content.
5.Proficiency in digital efficiency tools is critical; familiarity with AI and other common cloud services is expected.
6.Clear communication and listening are basic requirements. And an open mind for learning and sharing are vital to our organizational culture.
