[Job Summary] The Senior Demand Planner plays a key role in driving accurate demand forecasts, leading the SI&OP process, and optimizing inventory to support business goals. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across commercial, financial, and operational plans, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain. [Key Responsibilities] • Lead and facilitate the SI&OP process for assigned business units, aligning with Commercial, FP&A, and Regulatory teams. • Act as a key interface between regional/global supply chain, marketing, and commercial teams to align on allocation and lifecycle plans. • Participate in global and regional planning forums, representing Taiwan’s needs while aligning with broader strategic initiatives. • Collaborate cross-functionally on product lifecycle strategies (NPI, EOL, transitions, backorders) to ensure business continuity. • Collaborate with finance and commercial teams to reconcile demand and supply plans against financial targets, ensuring inventory levels support revenue and profitability goals while minimizing excess stock. • Maintain and enhance statistical forecasting models; continuously improve forecast performance metrics and KPIs. • Drive forecast accuracy through statistical modeling, historical analysis, and market intelligence using Kinaxis Rapid Response. • Define and review safety stock strategies to ensure optimized inventory levels and service levels. • Review consignment stock levels regularly with commercial teams and propose and implement optimization initiatives. • Build and own gross inventory and charges plans; provide scenario planning, risk/opportunity assessments, and optimization proposals. • Monitor key inventory KPIs (DIOH, excess, expiry, obsolete, scrap) and lead actions to improve stock efficiency while ensuring product availability. • Conduct root cause analysis of inventory imbalances and implement corrective actions. • Oversee inventory governance processes including warehouse and consignment cycle counts and internal controls. [Qualifications] • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in demand planning. • Experience in planning systems (e.g., Kinaxis RapidResponse, SAP) and reporting/automation tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Query, Excel VBA, Python) is a plus. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to distill complex issues and guide stakeholders toward practical solutions. • Financial acumen with the ability to connect supply chain activities with financial and commercial objectives. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence across functions without authority. • Proficient English skills for effective communication in regional and global meetings. • Business-oriented mindset with end-to-end process ownership; collaborates beyond supply chain to align with commercial and enterprise goals. • Growth mindset with curiosity and adaptability; thrives in dynamic, fast-changing environments. • Capable of working through ambiguity to deliver business outcomes.
