1. 負責制定與通路相關的專案，確保銷售增長、盈利及策略目標持續達成。包括管理初期的策略與物流開發、推廣至現場、持續監控、更新與調整，以及事後分析並提出未來建議。 2. 跨部門合作，制定年度業務計劃、銷售預測和促銷預算，並直接監控財務影響、預算規劃與使用，確保達成預期的商業優先目標和營收增長目標。 3. 作為領導者，確保業務保持生產性的跨部門關係，並協作達成公司和通路目標。專注於在以下業務領域建立強大的網絡：銷售、通路、需求、產品、品牌、客服、財務以及經銷夥伴。 4. 成功執行關鍵促銷銷售、新產品導入、經銷商/通路專屬計劃和合作、展會規劃、商品開發及其他財務重要的商業策略。 5. 識別各經銷通路中的策略性機會與威脅，制定對應的行銷策略，並管理行銷資源的部署與運用，以達成公司目標。 6. 確保所負責通路中的定價、專案和促銷活動的正確性，並協助識別其他通路之間的潛在衝突。 7. 負責通路行銷團隊的招募、培訓和輔導，既支持其所屬通路，也支持整個部門。 8. 開發並實施流程改進專案，直接或通過委派，促進效率提升、盈利增強及創新。 9. 代表 Milwaukee 行銷部門與經銷商及最終用戶合作夥伴進行交流。

Job Summary This role is pivotal in designing and implementing using Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Active Directory, Exchange, Intune, Microsoft 365, and other related systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft system architecture, a deep understanding of Microsoft technologies, and the ability to align technical solutions with business goals. As a Microsoft Architect, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our Microsoft-based infrastructure is scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational and industry standards and present to business to show IT values. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Design and maintain Microsoft-based frameworks and architectures (Azure, Active Directory, Exchange, Intune and Microsoft 365) to support business strategies. • Develop 3–5 year Microsoft technology roadmaps aligned with organizational goals. • Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and project managers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Collaborate with development teams, security teams, and other architects to ensure solutions align with business goals and comply with organizational standards. • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, ensuring clear communication and alignment on objectives. • Develop high-level and detailed architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and solution blueprints and understand the product or market technology trend. • Identify, evaluate business need to recommend tools, frameworks, and methodologies to deliver IT value. • Professional presentation to different audiences e.g Business, Application and service. • Drive global stakeholder to come the global agreed architecture designs and standards

Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with team to assign and monitor daily repair projects • Manage parts inventory at the central warehouse and local sites, ensuring timely parts ordering • Review and adjust parts pricing and labor costs regularly to maintain cost efficiency • Build and maintain strong relationships with Authorized Service Centers , strengthening cooperation when required • Respond to repair-related inquiries and complaints from users and dealers in a timely and professional manner • Plan and conduct regular repair training sessions for both internal teams and external partners, enhancing technical knowledge and service quality
