Closely work with engineering, marketing and sales teams to review the product specification and design of mechanical, thermal, and system architecture to enable competitive. Closely work with vendors on liquid cooled server product design and development, lead cross-functional team to ensure time-to-market product launch and on-time delivery. II. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS) • Design of Compute/Storage servers, racks from thermal perspective. • Liquid Cooling design such as Liquid cold plates, liquid loops, integrated liquid systems, recirculating chillers, CDUs. • Strong knowledge in Liquid Cooling, thermal management and verification. • Perform thermal simulations using CFD tools like Macroflow, FloTherm or Icepack. • Perform thermal validation and create test reports as per the customer requirement. • Working knowledge of heat sink/fan and liquid cooling solution selection and optimization. • Execute power and performance benchmark tests on new hardware.
