- Familiar with Labor Standards Act and related laws compliance and training
- Ability to plan and execute empowering and coaching managers for related law compliance and procedure
- Experience in employee relationship building is a plus
- High integrity, honesty and ethics, emotional intelligence and proactive in cross department communication
- BA above, good command of English
