1. 預估各專案成本及擬定預算。
2. 管控各專案進度，確保各專案符合時程規劃。

主要職責：
1. 擔任專案技術負責人，負責自動控制系統的架構設計與技術路線規劃。
2. 主導關鍵專案的規劃、設計與執行，確保系統整合符合品質與時程目標。
3. 制定程式開發與文件標準，維護團隊技術一致性與最佳實踐。
4. 帶領團隊進行系統測試、現場調試與技術驗證，確保專案成功交付。
5. 評估與導入新技術、工具與控制策略，提升專案效能與競爭力。
6. 協助專案經理進行風險控管、進度掌握與資源規劃。
7. 作為客戶與公司間的技術顧問，參與技術交流與解決方案設計。
必要條件：
1. 具備5年以上自動控制或系統整合經驗，熟悉大型專案開發與管理。
2. 具備團隊帶領與指導經驗，能培養與提升團隊技術能力。
3. 擁有跨產業經驗與國際專案合作能力者佳。
Key Responsibilities
1. Serve as the technical lead for projects, responsible for the architecture design and technical planning of automation control systems.
2. Lead the planning, design, and execution of critical projects, ensuring system integration meets both quality and timeline goals.
3. Define coding and documentation standards, maintaining consistency and best practices across the development team.
4. Lead the team in system testing, on-site commissioning, and technical verification, ensuring successful project delivery.
5. Evaluate and adopt new technologies, tools, and control strategies to improve project efficiency and competitiveness.
6. Assist the project manager in risk management, progress tracking, and resource planning.
7. Act as a technical advisor between the client and the company, participating in technical discussions and solution design.
Required Qualifications
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in automation control or system integration, with proven capability in large-scale project development and management.
2. Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring teams, with the ability to develop and enhance team technical capabilities.
3. Experience working across multiple industries or participating in international projects is a strong plus.
