We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our Legal team in Taiwan. This role will report directly to the Country Legal Head and will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day legal operations across transactional, corporate, dispute resolution, and regulatory matters. The ideal candidate will bring strong legal drafting skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to help ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks across Vena Energy’s Taiwan operations. ▸ Key Responsibilities ◂ ．Prepare corporate documents including resolutions, incorporation papers, and secretarial filings ．Maintain and update corporate governance records for project companies ．Coordinate with external service providers on filings and applications (e.g., foreign investment approvals) ．Draft and review legal agreements such as NDAs, consultancy contracts, and support complex documentation (e.g., EPC contracts) ．Advise on potential or ongoing disputes and litigation matters ．Ensure timely and accurate statutory filings and documentation ．Support cross-functional teams with legal input on investment, development, construction, and operations ．Liaise with government authorities, law firms, and external stakeholders ▸ We’re Looking For ◂ ．A legal professional with 1–3 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal role in Taiwan ．Someone who is qualified to practice law in Taiwan ．Strong in corporate legal documentation, including resolutions, filings, and governance records ．Proficient in drafting and reviewing contracts, such as NDAs, consultancy agreements, and EPC-related documents ．Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken ．Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain accurate records ．Comfortable working independently while collaborating across departments ．Professional, discreet, and committed to maintaining confidentiality ．Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management tools ．Enthusiastic about renewable energy and sustainability (a plus!)

This internship offers hands-on experience in IT support, systems administration, and project-based work.
