Duties • Design and develop responsive websites that enhance user experience and engagement. • Analyze website performance using analytics tools to inform design improvements and optimize user experience. • Work closely with graphic designers to ensure cohesive branding across all digital platforms. Qualifications: Proven Experience • 5+ years of experience in web design and development, with a strong portfolio of Wix-based projects. Wix Expertise • Advanced knowledge of the Wix platform, including the Editor, Velo by Wix, Wix ADI, and app integrations, with a focus on SEO and conversion tools. SEO & Analytics • Strong understanding of on-page SEO techniques, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytics tools to monitor traffic and conversion metrics. Design Skills • Proficiency in graphic design and UX/UI principles with expertise in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, Canva or Sketch. UX/UI Design Skills • Expertise in creating user-friendly interfaces that balance aesthetics and functionality, using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Communication Skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present design ideas to clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Digital Marketing Knowledge • Solid understanding of marketing funnels, e-commerce optimization, lead generation, and CRO (conversion rate optimization) best practices. Attention to Detail • Ability to handle multiple projects while ensuring high-quality design standards and strict adherence to deadlines. Specialized Experience: • Experience with other web design platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML. • Knowledge of social media integration, e-commerce, and email marketing platforms. • Experience with creating e-commerce websites and integrating payment systems. Position Overview: In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our international expansion by identifying potential customers, building relationships, and managing existing accounts. You will oversee key aspects of international sales, from introducing our product offerings and negotiating pricing to managing projects and closing deals. Additionally, you will represent Phanteks at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities, showcasing both your professionalism and ability to build connections. Key Responsibilities: • Identify product improvements or new opportunities by staying up-to-date on industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies. • Maintain strong client relationships by offering support, insights, and recommendations for new opportunities, profitability, and service enhancements. • Present our products and services to clients clearly and persuasively. • Oversee international sales accounts, including project tracking, price negotiations, and deal closures. • Represent Phanteks at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings to strengthen and expand business relationships. • Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor as needed.
