[Responsibilities]
The service technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair of our wind energy plants at Taoyuan, Hsinchu and Miaoli in Taiwan. He/she is responsible for a variety of electronic, electrical and/or mechanical equipment.
［Requirements］
1. Qualified as an electrician with electrical experience or qualifications and experience in electrical engineering troubleshooting, electrical equipment inspection, automobile vessel or vehicle electrical engineering, electrical power engineering, air condition engineering, motor control, lighting communication system etc.
2. High mobility (willingness to move and to travel) and flexibility.
3. Openness and team spirit.
4. Comfortable with heights and confined space.
5. Can accept flexible working times (willing to on weekends and holidays occasionally with overtime payment).
6. Self-steering and independent.

[Responsibilities]
1. Responsibility of procurement for production related components, focus on Transformers, Switchgears and Motors.
2. In line with global category manager’s strategy to source and develop new potential suppliers in Asia Pacific Region.
3. Execution of requests for quotation, tender activities, bid comparisons and award decisions.
4. Handle multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environment.
5. Lead of supplier negotiation, cost analysis and contract negotiations within the respective categories.
6. Weekly production meeting with vendors and provide update to global category manager.
6. Contract implementation, master data maintenance and obtain technical spec/drawings in SAP, ARIBA and TeamCenter.
7. Category specific procurement controlling, continuous supplier evaluation and development.
8. Proactive communication with global procurement organization, cross-functional and support teams.
9. In addition to APAC region sourcing activities, cooperate with colleagues from different regions for global projects.
10. Conduct supplier factory visits and physical meetings. International travel less than 30% yearly.
[Requirements]
1. Bachelor degree or higher in business related studies; engineering background will be a plus.
2. Minimum 3 years of professional procurement experience in international environments.
3. Minimum 2 years of professional international souring experience, steel/machined components are beneficial.
4. Fully comfortable in bi-lingual working environment.
5. Advanced mandarin and English, other language skills (German and Asian languages) are beneficial.
6. Pro-active, team- and solution-oriented way of working.
7. Good negotiation skills and knowledge in contractual administration.
8. Good technical comprehension.
9. Good knowledge in MS Office, SAP and ARIBA.
10. National and International business travel up to 30%.
