Job Title: Area Sales Manager
Job Summary:
A results-driven Area Representative to manage and expand our network with agencies and distributors in Taiwan. This role is critical for driving growth through existing and new channel partners while promoting our two power tool brands. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of local B2B sales landscape and proven ability to nurture long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Agency Business Management
ü Engage in customer negotiations and manage order follow-up processes.
ü Proactively maintain customer relationships to establish long-term cooperation.
ü Support agencies in key project customer visits and development.
ü Train partners’ sales teams on product features, promotions, and technical specifications.
2. Sales Growth & Market Penetration
ü Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets by driving sell-through and sell-out at partner locations.
ü Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for growth.
ü Stay updated on industry trends and marketing dynamics and develop effective strategies to grow sales.
3. Marketing & Promotions
ü Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotions and marketing activities. (e.g., in-store displays, agency roadshows, bundle offers).
ü Ensure partners adhere to brand guidelines and maintain strong product visibility.
4. Reporting & Compliance
ü Monitor inventory levels at partner locations to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
ü Provide regular feedback to internal teams on market dynamics, competitor activity, and partner needs.
Requirements
Experience:
- 7+ years B2B channel or key account sales in power tools, industrial equipment, or related mechatronics industry is needed.
Work Location:
- Taiwan, Taichung is preferred; Remote work supported.
Skills:
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics software.
- Ability to troubleshoot partner issues (e.g., pricing disputes, logistics delays).
Languages:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Mandarin is a plus.
Other:
- Valid driver’s license for frequent travel to partner locations across Taiwan.
- Knowledge of the power tools market and key competitors
