Job Summary: The primary responsibility of the Mechanic – Steam and Gas - is to safely accomplish the installation, maintenance and repair of the heavy rotating machinery used mainly in power generation applications. Turbine Mechanics work closely with Supervisors, EHS personnel, and the Operations Department to achieve these goals. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Read blueprints, schematic drawings and technical documentation to determine proper work procedures. • Install machinery and equipment according to layout plans, blueprints and other drawings in industrial establishments. • Dismantle and assemble machinery and equipment using a variety of hand, power, pneumatic and hydraulic tools. • Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on power tools, hand tools and training equipment. • Move machinery and equipment using hoists, cranes, chain falls and trucks. • Align machinery and equipment using hoists, squares, rules, micrometers, plumb bobs, dial indicators and/or laser alignment equipment. • Perform machining and welding operations for making various parts for lab and shop training equipment • Perform material and machine inspections using precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, rules, calipers, protractors, and torque wrenches. • Responsible for shipping and receiving all major pieces for T&DC, plus all shipping, receiving, inventory, and control of tools, equipment and supplies • Determine equipment specifications and prepare parts lists for purchasing, consisting of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic devices as needed to complete assigned projects. • Load, transport, and unload materials, tools, equipment and supplies. • Availability to travel and be away from home for extended periods of time • Ability and willingness to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required by field assignments – Field Required Qualifications & Experience: • Degree or associate degree in Technical Field, Gas Turbine Systems Technician preferred • Have a minimum of one (1) year experience maintaining, dismantling, and installing machinery and industrial service equipment including various pumps, motors, fans, generators, and turbines. • Have experience performing equipment alignments using either laser or traditional methods. • Have Driver’s License • Must possess minimum required hand tools.

Job Summary: The Electrician installs, troubleshoots, and repairs electrical systems, apparatuses, and electrical control components of stationary engines and mechanical device such as gas turbine engines, steam turbines, diesel engines, generators, heat recovery steam generators, gas compressors, air compressors, motors, pumps, chillers, uninterruptible power supply systems and other related device by performing the following duties. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Diagnose cause of electrical malfunction or failure of operational device such as transformers, motors, relays, switches, control and monitoring devices and takes corrective measures in collaboration with Maintenance Manager / Supervisor. • Install wire and conduit for newly installed machines and device. • Terminate wiring to machines and devices, connects cables and wires between machines and device. • Replace faulty wiring and electrical components of machines such as relays, switches, motors, and position sensing devices. • Replace electric motor bearings. • Align, adjust, and calibrate device according to specifications. • Maintain records of repairs, calibrations, and tests. • Read dials or digital displays that indicate electronic characteristics such as voltage, frequency, distortion, inductance, and capacity. • Read meters and gauges or automatic recording devices at specified intervals to verify proper operation. • Record maintenance actions taken on work order forms. • Dismantle devices to gain access to and remove defective parts. • Advise maintenance manager / supervisor on inventory of repair parts and supplies and ordering material as needed • Work with operational staff to test device performance. • Read and understand technical manuals and system piping and instrumentation diagrams. • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance in accordance with technical manual procedures. • Prepare legible and understandable work orders for required preventative and corrective maintenance. • Read, understand, and comply with all plant safety and regulatory procedures. • Comply with all the EHS policies and procedures as adopted and implemented at plant site. • Understand OH&S risks / hazards and environmental / legislative aspect / impacts related to work activities. • Ability and willingness to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required by field assignments • Travel may be required • May be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCore vision and align with our organization’s core values. Job Summary The Controls TFA manages controls activities on site during the Installation and Commissioning and Maintenance of heavy-duty turbines/equipment (generator or mechanical drive). Responsible for reviewing plant engineering documents and P&ID’s, troubleshooting of plant systems and equipment, planning, organizing, integrating and direction of resources such as labor, tools and materials as required to complete the work scope according to contractual requirements. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Actively manage controls activities on site during Installation and Commissioning and Maintenance of heavy-duty equipment, including but not limited to oversight of installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and diagnostics • Overall responsibility of the management of site activities including planning, organizing, integrating and directing of resources such as labor, tools and materials as required to complete the work scope according to contractual requirements • Understand PLC ladder logic, including basic understanding of how to navigate through ladder rungs while troubleshooting • Read and interpret electrical/mechanical flow and instrument diagrams • Ensure the correct installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning and maintenance practices are followed • Provide general knowledge of equipment instrumentation calibration, including various types of transmitters • Provide technical expertise to customers, service support, field technicians and operators • Provide timely and accurate internal and external reports • Ensure contractual obligations are met and attend technical meetings with Customers • Ensure all in-field activities are carried out safely complying with company environmental, health, and safety (EHS) guidelines and procedures • Provide expert consultation on complex projects • Provide customers with technical direction and support on Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) packaged products • Travel extensively (internationally and domestically) • Ability and willingness to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required by field assignments • May be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCore vision and align with our organization’s core values. Required Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor Degree in Engineering and/or 3 years of experience without formal degree, in power plant maintenance, turbine generator maintenance, or power plant equipment installation/ commissioning. • Successful completion of required training programs is a minimum requirement. • Demonstrated progressive, responsible experience with various types of turbine generator equipment and site accountabilities is required. Job Summary: The Heavy-Duty Gas Turbine TFA II, having completed level II competencies, will contribute to the management of site activities including planning, organizing, integrating and monitoring of resources such as labor, tools and technical assistants as required to complete the work scope according to contractual requirements. Will work within defined parameters to make decisions, apply concepts to issues of great complexity, and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning at customer power generating facilities. Will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of Gas Turbines. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Manage, perform, coordinate the management of HD Gas Turbine site activities • Perform on-site installation of systems and equipment and ongoing preventive maintenance, repair and calibration after installation • Respond to requests for emergency repairs and services to troublesome equipment • Provide technical instruction and assistance to customer representatives regarding installation, operation, calibration, repair and maintenance at customer's sites • Perform administrative functions such as: writing technical reports, ordering materials, securing quotations, preparing job status reports, reports to customers, time sheet and expense sheets on a complete timely, and thorough basis • Signs off on all changes implemented. • Drive customer satisfaction through commitment to quality. • Maintain strong safety mindset to assure the executed work reflects the technical requirements within GE safety standards • Knowledge to troubleshoot and provide routine maintenance checkout for wide range of equipment vintage • Coach, mentor and train other team members as required, to impart and perpetuate field engineering and/or product knowledge. • Prepare timely and accurate technical reports for customer records and a reference for future outages • Ensure all parts needed for the job are shipped to the site • Perform walk-downs during installation to ensure that the customer’s contractors are working properly. • Perform aftermarket upgrades that need to be performed at the site level. • Ability and willingness to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required by field assignments • Extensive travel to and from projects and various field assignments will be required • May be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCore vision and align with our organization’s core values. Job Summary The Tooling Coordinator will be responsible to maintain, coordinate, update records, visual inspection, and coordinate shipping to the tooling of warehouse. Tooling Coordinator will update the company databases as appropriate ensuring accurate materials and tooling status. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Track tooling and calibration work orders that are open and need to be processed. • Track shipments that have been sent to customers/ Field Service Representatives to use in repairing customer parts as well as tools that are being retuned for calibration. • Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure that each kit has the proper quantity and tools needed. • Update records of tools that have been calibrated or need calibration. • Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure that each kit has the proper quantity and tools needed. • When new tools are purchased, they are added to database. • Coordinate and package all supplies that will be needed by the outages. • Monitor each kit before shipping to make sure there is a kit template and a calibration certificate enclosed. • As stock are depleted issue purchase orders to vendors to order parts and maintain inventory of tools and supplies. • Maintain warranty records for parts.
