Role and Responsibilities • MEMS transducer design/layout by both mechanical and acoustic FEM analysis. • Package design by acoustic FEM analysis, and co-work with assembly team to develop. • Establish equivalent lumped model for Electro-Mechanical-Acoustic/ Multiphysics system. • Establish testing methodology for new MEMS transducer or new application, and device characterization. • Process development to improve product performance, and co-work with NPI team. • Explore new technology with performance improvement for next generation products development. Qualifications and Education Requirements • MS, or Ph.D. in ME, EE, or MEMS related field. • Good team work, and able to simulate, layout, test independently. • Experienced in MEMS sensor or actuator design, and acoustic device is preferred. • Experienced in heat management or ultrasound application are preferred. • Familiar with COMSOL or ANSYS Multiphysics FEM simulation tools. Preferred Skills • Software: LT-SPICE, Python, L-editor, Fusion360, COMSOL, ANSYS • Fundamental: Solid Mechanics, Mechanical Vibration, Fundamentals of Acoustics, Heat Transfer • Testing: Zygo, Polytec, AP, Soundcheck
