### Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the APAC market to drive revenue growth.
- Identify new business opportunities, expand customer base, and maximize market penetration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer success, product) to align sales efforts.
Business Development & Customer Acquisition
- Identify, engage, and close deals with mid-market and enterprise customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, C-level executives, and partners.
- Lead complex sales cycles and negotiate high-value contracts.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team across APAC.
- Set clear performance goals and KPIs to drive sales excellence.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
Market Expansion & Competitive Intelligence
- Analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies.

### Key Requirements
Experience & Industry Knowledge
- 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role within a SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software company.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth in APAC.
- Strong understanding of APAC markets, including cultural nuances and regional business practices.
Sales & Leadership Skills
- Exceptional B2B sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Experience managing a distributed sales team across multiple APAC countries.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a hands-on approach.
Technical & Business Acumen
- Strong knowledge of SaaS sales models, subscription-based pricing, and cloud technologies.
- Understanding of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms.
- Ability to work with channel partners, resellers, and alliances.
Education & Language Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional APAC languages (Mandarin, Japanese, etc.) is a plus.
