SUMMARY OF THE ROLE Supporting FIMER’s Solar Business as a Service & Project Engineer, reporting through to the Country Manager you will contribute to the full spectrum of all project execution/service activities within the organization in Taiwan. RESPONSIBILITIES • All project related matters but not limited to CASE management, Commissioning, Training etc. • Provide technical support and training to team members where required • Perform analysis and working with local authorities for certification of FIMER products • Ensuring all safety standards are observed • Any other services and/or Taiwan project related activities as assigned • Involving Project Management which includes co-ordination with clients, subcontractors, consultant and all other project matters IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE • Relevant education, e.g. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology • 3-5 years of field services and project management experience • AC/DC Power Conversion and Control experience. • Knowledge of Mechanical principles, electronics and AC/DC power distribution • Ability to configure and repair communication hardware and software. • Good communication skills, use of standard work-related PC programs. Responsible for order tracking and assurance of on-time customer delivery. ● Customer Relations Develops and maintains customer relationships. Proactively informs customers about issue status based on inputs and clarifies any questions.
