【工作內容】
• 操作客戶 Amazon 賣家帳號並進行全方位管理
• 規劃及執行 Amazon 店鋪營運計畫。
• 協助客戶進行市場分析,提供選品及產品圖文頁面建議。
• 利用站內廣告工具提升流量及銷售。
• 管理庫存,配合空海運時程及FBA倉儲容量制定補貨計畫
• 定期與客戶討論銷售狀況與提供改善方案。
• 其它主管交辦事項
Key Responsibilities
• Manage clients’ Amazon seller account operations.
• Plan and implement holistic Amazon sales strategy.
• Conduct market analysis, provide product selection and product listing optimization suggestions.
• Maximize page traffic and drive sales using Amazon advertising tools and external marketing where appropriate.
• Optimize inventory levels and create replenishment plans in accordance with shipping schedules and FBA storage capacity limits
• Regularly conduct sales meetings with clients and generate strategy recommendations.
• Other tasks assigned by your supervisor.
【能力與經驗】
• 具備大學或碩士相關學歷
• 一年以上 Amazon 賣家經驗,熟悉後台各項操作、品牌功能、站內廣告投放、活動促銷設定、FBA 庫存管理、金流及出貨流程、平台數據報告分析。
• 具備營運歐洲帳號相關經驗為加分項
• 具備其他電商/海外行銷相關經驗為佳。
• 需有年度銷售策略規劃能力,整合站內外資源協助客戶拓展品牌提升銷售額。
• 擅長客戶溝通,可了解不同屬性客戶需求痛點,提出相對應解決方針。
• 會製作基本簡報,熟悉 Excel/Google 表單,須統整數據分析銷售成因。
• 英文讀寫流利,多益成績 800 分以上或同等能力證明。可撰寫文案及閱讀產業動態平台新知。
• 若具備歐洲語系或日語等第二外語能力為加分項。
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree - desired.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Amazon seller: familiar with Amazon Seller Central, brand functions, on-site PPC advertising, promotion settings, FBA inventory management, payment and shipping processes, and data report analysis
• Relevant experience in operating Amazon accounts of European countries is a plus
• Other experience in e-commerce/overseas marketing is preferred.
• Able to conduct annual sales strategy planning, integrate internal and external resources to help key clients expand their business on Amazon and increase sales.
• Good at developing strong relationships with key clients; able to understand and meet clients’ various needs, propose corresponding solutions.
• Fluent in reading and writing English, with a TOEIC score of 800 (or above or other proof of equivalent ability). Able to copywriting and read recent Amazon policy changes or other important news.
• Second foreign language ability (European language or Japanese) is a plus.
• Able to create basic presentations, familiar with Excel and Google sheets, and integrate data to analyze sales causes.
