We are looking for a like-minded individual to participate in our 6-month internship program, in this role, you will be part of our Sales and Marketing team and learn about the process of B2B sales development and digital marketing.
Throughout the program, you will:
- Assist with video editing
- Assist with content translation and provide administrative support
- Compose professional digital contents for company website and media outlet
- Conduct industry market research
- Effectively identify potential customers and reach them through e-mail or phone
- Work with team members to reach marketing goals

Requirements:
- Have video editing experience

PowerArena is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) specialist to join our team and contribute to our smart factory project. As a QA specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of the smart factory system, processes, and products. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge technology and drive innovation in the manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Independently develop testing plans, including organizing testing requirements, designing test cases, and executing testing work.
2. Conduct comprehensive testing of the systems, equipment, and software responsible for testing, track and analyze software issues, and report on them. Timely and reasonably solve problems found during testing, and provide a basis for whether the product can be released.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality requirements and specifications for the project.
4. Verify product-related issues reported by users and assist support engineers in providing users with reasonable responses or solutions.
5. Be able to independently write and maintain test plans, test cases, user manuals, operation manuals, and detailed documentation of test results.
6. Summarize testing experience, conduct root cause analysis of identified issues, recommend corrective measures, and improve testing methods.
7. Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to smart factory quality assurance.
