About the Role: • We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Digital Rendering & 3D Visualization Artist to elevate our visual storytelling and support our U.S. Brand Marketing team. This role will help bring to life the features and benefits of PrimeSource's core products through compelling visuals, fundamental to support our growth and differentiate our proprietary brands. • Under the direction of leadership, the successful candidate will develop assets that support brand messaging and elevate product line reviews. They will deliver strong creative solutions and compelling, product-focused storytelling that help win with major customers and retail partners — all while maintaining a sharp focus on deadlines and fast-paced deliverables. • We anticipate the role will be 70–80% focused on still imagery (product visualization, print, packaging, etc.) and 20–30% on animated or digital content, with room to grow into advanced 3D storytelling and animation over time. Key Responsibilities: • Create detailed and optimized 3D models of consumer products, packaging, and promotional scenes for use in all types of marketing materials, including point-of-purchase, trade shows, catalogs, presentations and other brand materials. • Apply realistic or stylized textures, lighting, and materials to match product specifications and brand aesthetics • Produce high-quality still renders for packaging, catalogs, presentations, and retail marketing • Create short animations or digital visualizations as needed to support product storytelling • Work from creative briefs and direction provided by brand leadership

This role will support our global sourcing and engineering team in evaluating and developing packaging that is both cost-effective and performance-driven. The successful candidate will focus on improving strength-to-material ratios, minimizing SKU complexity, and solving real-world packaging challenges such as transit damage, inefficient space utilization, and material waste. This role will partner closely with packaging suppliers, manufacturing vendors, and internal teams to evaluate current packaging and lead new design development. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Analyze existing packaging SKUs to identify opportunities for cost reduction and material efficiency • Engineer packaging solutions that are structurally optimized to reduce product loss/damage during transit and handling • Lead packaging design improvements by studying competitive benchmarks, customer feedback, and internal pain points • Collaborate with packaging and manufacturing suppliers to gather insights on industry packaging trends and materials • Standardize packaging formats to help reduce complexity • Work cross-functionally with Quality, Sourcing, and Product teams to validate packaging performance through real-world testing and simulation • Support packaging documentation, testing protocols, and technical specifications for production

Role Summary • We are seeking a Global Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing operations for screws and fasteners. This role will own supplier relationships, manage sourcing projects, negotiate contracts, oversee quality and delivery, and support business growth. You will work closely with our U.S. Senior Global Sourcing Manager and global teams to align strategies, ensure cost competitiveness, and strengthen PrimeSource’s supplier network outside of the U.S. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Key Responsibilities • Supplier Development & Expansion – Identify, evaluate, and qualify suppliers across Taiwan, China, and Southeast Asia, building long-term partnerships. • Strategic Negotiation – Lead pricing, terms, and contract negotiations to deliver competitive costs and supply reliability. • Quality & Delivery Oversight – Conduct supplier visits to audit production, monitor quality, and follow up on delivery performance. • Sourcing Process Optimization – Standardize and improve procurement processes (RFx, evaluation, award) to increase efficiency and transparency. • International Collaboration – Work daily with the U.S. sourcing team on strategy alignment, forecasting, and supplier reporting. • Market Intelligence – Monitor steel, raw materials, and competitor activity to inform sourcing strategies and decisions.
