Italian chef Simone and his family created this restaurant and bistro with a Northern Italy style. In order to let everyone feel the warm and relaxing dining atmosphere, we are also committed to promoting Italian culinary culture. Our chef, with professional culinary background, has created a professional team of his own style, which is dedicated to food and service, and continuing to improve. In 2018, we won the first shrimp award from the Italian Gambero Rosso, and in 2021 it was promoted to the second shrimp honorary award. Compared to a large group company, it is more like a small family here. We provide complete education and training, focusing on work efficiency and getting along with colleagues.
