負責確保工廠遵循集團的EHS政策與法規，並擔任工廠內的安全協調員。同時，也需主導與推動製程改善專案，提升生產效率、品質與永續性。理想人選需具備良好的EHS管理知識與流程改善經驗。 This role is responsible for ensuring full compliance with corporate EHS policies while acting as the plant’s safety coordinator. The role also leads and supports process improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, quality, and sustainability. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in both EHS management and continuous improvement practices. ________________________________________ 主要職責 / Key Responsibilities 一、環安衛管理（EHS） – 佔比60% 1. Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) – 60% •擔任工廠的EHS協調員，推動安全文化在全廠落實。 Serve as the Site EHS Coordinator, promoting a proactive safety culture throughout the facility. •確保工廠符合集團EHS政策、政府法規及相關標準。 Ensure compliance with group-level EHS policies, local regulations, and legal standards. •定期進行EHS巡檢、稽核及風險評估，並追蹤改善措施。 Conduct regular EHS inspections, audits, and risk assessments; follow up on corrective actions. •主導或支援事故調查與分析，確保根本原因釐清及改善落實。 Lead or support incident investigations and root cause analysis; track implementation of corrective/preventive measures. •規劃並執行安全教育訓練，如PPE、緊急應變、化學品管理等。 Organize and deliver safety training programs, including PPE usage, emergency response, and chemical handling. •維護並更新EHS文件，如SDS、安全手冊、稽核報告等。 Maintain and update EHS documentation such as SDSs, safety manuals, and compliance records. •協調外包商及第三方現場工作時的安全管理。 Coordinate contractor and third-party compliance with site safety regulations. •參與集團/區域性EHS會議，協助推動永續發展與減碳目標。 Participate in corporate/regional EHS meetings and support sustainability goals. •支援EHS管理系統導入與維護（如ISO 14001、ISO 45001）。 Support the implementation and maintenance of EHS management systems (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001). ________________________________________ 二、製程改善（Process Improvement） – 佔比40% 2. Process Improvement – 40% •發掘並推動生產、物流或公用設施流程的優化機會。 Identify and drive optimization opportunities in production, logistics, or utilities. •運用Lean、六標準差、Kaizen、5S等工具推動改善。 Use Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and other tools to drive improvement initiatives. •與跨部門團隊合作執行成本降低、品質提升等改善專案。 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cost reduction and quality enhancement projects. •建立並追蹤關鍵績效指標（KPI）以衡量改善成果。 Develop and monitor KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements. •支援數位化或自動化項目以提升流程透明度與穩定性。 Support digitalization or automation projects to improve process transparency and reliability. •進行流程圖繪製、瓶頸分析與作業時間研究。 Conduct process mapping, bottleneck analysis, and time studies. ________________________________________ 任職資格 / Qualifications •工程、環境科學、職業安全衛生等相關科系學士學位。 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or related fields. •至少3年EHS工作經驗，並具備流程改善實務經驗者佳。 Minimum 3 years of experience in EHS; experience in process improvement is a plus. •熟悉台灣EHS法規及國際標準（如OSHA、ISO 14001/45001）。 Familiarity with local EHS regulations and international standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO 14001/45001). •熟悉流程改善工具，如六標準差、精實生產等，有證照者佳。 Proficient in continuous improvement tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean); certifications are a plus. •具備良好的溝通能力與跨部門合作經驗。 Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. •熟悉MS Office，有使用EHS或CI系統的經驗尤佳。 Proficient in MS Office; experience with EHS or CI software tools is a plus. •能獨立作業，並有推動制度與文化改善的能力。 Self-motivated with the ability to influence and lead improvement efforts.
