Position Overview As a Financial Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with financial reporting and regulatory compliance for the company and its offshore affiliates. This includes bookkeeping, report preparation, LP reporting, and supporting compliance-related documentation. This is a key role within the finance team and offers the opportunity to gain in-depth exposure to fund operations and cross-border financial management. Key Responsibilities • Maintain books and financial records for the fund and offshore affiliates • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and management reports • Prepare quarterly and annual reports for Limited Partners (LPs) • Compile and organize post-investment management data • Handle payment processing and daily bank account management • Assist with Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and other compliance-related tasks • Help prepare documentation and materials to meet international reporting requirements such as CRS and FATCA • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
