This role requires attention to details, timely with quality ,compliance mind-set and fast learning curve. Candidate can experience total finance spectrum and finance control procedures. 1. Accouting * Varify the accounting procedure and provide the advise / solutions to optimize the workflow. * Delievery the monthly and year end closing procedure. * Upload the expenditure slip (GL, AP clearing) on ERP. * Conduct accounting records and financial statement. * Validate and check Concur and ensure all supporting document are consistent with Local Policy. 2. Audit and Tax support: * Collabrate with 3rd party (Accounting firm) to complete regular audit period. * Review VAT, withholding tax and annual related tax declaration. * Provide Local support to HQ's Tax team. * Manage the Tax issue and reconciliations. 3. Regular Finance report: Facilitate the finance statement (Balance sheet, income statement quaterly consolidate package) 4.
