As an Automation QA Engineer at GMindTech, you will play a pivotal role in building, maintaining, and executing automated test frameworks that ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of our products. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including developers, product managers, and fellow QA engineers—to champion test automation best practices across web, mobile, and APP platforms. This role is ideal for someone passionate about advancing their automation skills, contributing to test strategy, and driving continuous improvement in quality assurance processes. 作為 GMindTech 的自動化 QA 工程師，您將在建立、維護和執行自動化測試框架方面發揮關鍵作用，以確保我們產品的可靠性、效能和可擴展性。您將與跨職能團隊（包括開發人員、產品經理和其他 QA 工程師）密切合作，推動網頁、行動裝置和應用程式平台的測試自動化最佳實踐。此職位非常適合熱衷於提升自動化技能、參與測試策略制定並推動品質保證流程持續改進的人才。 Key Responsibilities - Test Automation: Develop, maintain, and execute automated tests using tools such as Testim, Selenium, Postman, and JMeter across UI, API, and performance test suites. - Framework Development: Design and enhance scalable, reusable test automation frameworks and scripts for web and mobile applications. - Test Coverage Expansion: Ensure automation coverage for critical user journeys, edge cases, and regression scenarios. - Defect Detection & Analysis: Log and track defects found through automation, and perform root cause analysis to identify underlying issues. - Collaboration & Review: Participate in requirement reviews, sprint ceremonies, and code reviews to ensure testability and high-quality releases. - Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear and detailed automation test reports, dashboards, and logs to support transparency and continuous improvement. - API Integration Testing: Build and maintain end-to-end API integration tests to validate system interactions, data flow, and functional integrity across services. - CI/CD Integration: Collaborate with DevOps to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and improve build validation processes. - Tool Evaluation & Adoption: Stay current with the latest QA tools and technologies; evaluate and introduce tools to improve test efficiency and accuracy. 主要職責 - 自動化測試：使用 Testim、Selenium、Postman 和 JMeter 等工具開發、維護並執行 UI、API 及效能測試套件的自動化測試。 - 測試框架開發：設計並強化可擴展、可重用的自動化測試框架與腳本，涵蓋 Web 與行動應用程式。 - 測試覆蓋率擴展：確保對關鍵用戶流程、邊緣情境與回歸測試的自動化覆蓋。 - 缺陷偵測與分析：記錄並追蹤自動化測試中發現的缺陷，並進行根本原因分析。 - 協作與審查：參與需求審查、敏捷會議及程式碼審查，確保可測性與高品質交付。 - 文件與報告：維護清晰、詳盡的自動化測試報告、儀表板與日誌，以支援透明化與持續改進。 - API 整合測試：建立並維護端對端 API 整合測試，驗證系統互動、資料流與功能完整性。 - CI/CD 整合：與 DevOps 團隊合作，將自動化測試整合至 CI/CD 管線中，以優化建置驗證流程。 - 工具評估與導入：持續追蹤最新 QA 工具與技術，評估並引入有助於提升測試效率與準確度的工具。 Requirements Must-Have Skills: - 2–4 years of experience in software testing, with solid hands-on experience in automation testing. - Strong understanding of test automation frameworks (Testim, or other UI automation tools). - Proficient in API testing using Postman (or similar) and basic performance testing using JMeter. - Experience in designing and executing API integration tests involving multiple systems. - Knowledge of JavaScript, Java, or C# for automation scripting. - Familiar with QA methodologies, defect lifecycle, and Agile development environments. - Experience working with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins). - Good problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. 必備技能： - 2 至 4 年軟體測試經驗，具備紮實的自動化測試實作經驗。 - 熟悉自動化測試框架（如 Testim 或其他 UI 自動化工具）。 - 精通使用 Postman（或類似工具）進行 API 測試，並具備基本的 JMeter 效能測試經驗。 - 有設計與執行多系統 API 整合測試的經驗。 - 熟悉 JavaScript、Java 或 C# 程式語言，用於撰寫自動化測試腳本。 - 熟悉 QA 方法論、缺陷生命周期與敏捷開發流程。 - 有使用 CI/CD 工具（如 GitLab CI、Jenkins）的實務經驗。 - 具備良好的問題解決與分析能力，注重細節。 - 擁有優秀的溝通與團隊合作能力。

Position: Data Analyst Responsibilities: • Collect, clean, and organize large data from diverse sources, employing SQL, Python, and other tools. • Apply advanced statistical techniques to analyze large datasets, identifying patterns and correlations. • Translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. • Create reports and analyze data daily, and provide deeper insights to stakeholders. • Create compelling data visualizations and reports using Tableau or Power BI tools. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and support data-driven projects. • Develop predictive models to forecast trends and outcomes based on historical data. • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous validation processes. • Identifies problems and presents written solutions, ensuring accuracy and validity of information. • Analyzing data to identify potential risks/opportunities and trends, and work with stakeholders to develop recommendations to inform decision-making.
