This role is part of our Medical Surgical Business Group, focusing on improving patient outcomes and enhancing care efficiency across all stages of wound management—from hospital to home. Our wound care portfolio includes Negative Pressure Wound Therapy , Advanced Wound Dressings, and Skin Integrity Solutions plans and executes clinical education programs and promotional activities tailored for wound care professionals, including surgeons, nurses and wound specialists.
As an Activation Marketer for the Wound Care segment, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase the adoption of our solutions throughout your patients journey from hospital, clinic and home. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and clinical support, to create compelling activation campaigns that resonate with healthcare professionals. You will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
1. Gathers and synthesizes information and generates deep insights on customers/end-users/market to make strategic business decisions and recommendations.
2. Analyzes market trends, competitive landscape and appropriate data to identify and estimate the attractiveness of opportunities and the critical issues/risks.
3. Develops and executes innovative marketing strategies and plans to drive business growth through local activation and engagement (end-customers, channels, and sales enablement).
4. Designs and implements educational and promotional events for healthcare professionals, including workshops, webinars, and in-service training sessions.
5. Collaborates with the sales team to create targeted programs and materials that support the selling process and enhance customer engagement.
6. Collaborates with clinical teams to collect wound care insights and develop impactful case studies and real-world evidence that highlight the benefits of our solutions.
7. Monitors and reports on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals.
8. Ensures all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and standards.
9. Partners with regulatory and market access teams to support product registration and reimbursement strategies in the wound care segment.
Your Skills and Expertise
1. Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Nursing, Medicine, Marketing, or a related field. 2. A Master’s degree is a plus, especially in Healthcare or Clinical disciplines.
3. Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the healthcare, wound care or medical device industry.
4. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies and tactical marketing plans, ideally a clinical or hospital setting.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with healthcare professionals.
6. Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform marketing decisions.
7. Solid understanding of the wound care continuum, including hospital, clinic, and out-of-hospital environments.
8. Ability to travel within Taiwan, Hong Kong as needed to support marketing initiatives and attend events.
