Serve as a key member of the design team, responsible for electrical systems development and coordination on construction projects. This role involves close collaboration with the firm’s project team members (mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and technology systems designers and engineers), as well as architects, consultants, clients, and contractors. Responsibilities include identifying project needs, developing engineering concepts, and presenting options and recommendations to achieve project goals. Support project requirements through client interaction, field investigation, basis-of-design narratives, and development of electrical construction documents that comply with all applicable codes and standards. Responsibilities also include reviewing submittals and supporting projects through construction completion: • Design projects in Revit and AutoCAD in compliance with Taiwan and U.S. city, state, and national building codes, as well as owner and industry standards (NEC, NFPA, IECC, IBC, LEED, etc.). • Meet and interact with clients and project stakeholders. • Communicate with manufacturers and contractors to stay updated on the latest trends and electrical systems technology. • Coordinate and perform construction administration tasks, both internally and externally, to ensure successful project outcomes. 【專業知識及技能】 • Strong expertise in designing electrical systems.
