職位職責 (Job Responsibilities) 1. 調試執行 (Commissioning Execution) 監督電池儲能系統 (BESS)、功率變流器 (PCS)、高壓設備的現場驗收測試 (SAT)。 支持電池、PCS 與能量管理系統 (EMS) 的集成測試。 參與並支持工廠驗收測試 (FAT)、消防抑制系統測試。 驗證符合澳大利亞標準 AS/NZS 3000、5139、61439.6 及設計規範。 參與高壓/低壓切換操作，遵循電氣安全規則。 參與並支持按照 AEMO GPS 要求開展的並網測試（R1/R2 模型驗證、SCADA 遙測檢查）。 Oversee SAT for BESS, PCS, HV equipment; support integration tests of battery, PCS and EMS. Support FAT and SAT, and fire suppression systems. Validate compliance with Australian Standards AS/NZS 3000, 5139, 61439.6 and design specifications. Involve HV/LV switching operations under electrical safety rules, and support direct grid synchronization testing per AEMO GPS requirements (R1/R2 model validation, SCADA telemetry checks). 2. 性能驗證 (Performance Validation) 執行容量和循環效率測試，例如 24 小時完整循環效率測試。 排查電網合規問題，例如電壓穿越、無功功率響應等。 Execute capacity and round-trip efficiency tests (e.g., 24-hour full cycle ramp tests). Troubleshoot grid compliance issues, such as voltage ride-through and reactive power response. 3. 澳大利亞合規 (Australian Compliance) 確保遵守 NER 第5章、DNSP 併網協議、AEMO 註冊里程碑。 管理危險品運輸規範 (ADG Code 7.3)，執行 WHS Act 2011，制定鋰電池熱失控應急方案。 進行叢林火災/颶風季節的應急演練與停機預案。 Ensure adherence to NER Chapter 5, DNSP connection agreements, and AEMO registration milestones. Manage ADG Code 7.3, enforce WHS Act 2011, and Li-ion thermal event response. Conduct bushfire/cyclone season readiness drills for emergency shutdown. 4. 跨方協調與培訓 (Interface and Training) 與 OEM 和 EPC 承包商對接，協調現場調試與測試。 培訓技術人員，傳授設備特有風險和澳大利亞操作規範。 Interface with OEMs and EPC contractors, train technicians on asset-specific risks and Australian operating protocols. 任職要求 (Job Requirements) 1. 學歷與資質 (Education & Certification) 電氣工程或電力系統相關專業本科及以上學歷，熟悉 BESS。 持有 澳大利亞電工執照、高壓操作認證、危險品處理認證。 具備良好的溝通能力，能夠獨立工作或團隊合作；需持有駕駛執照。 Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably Power Systems, with knowledge of BESS. Australian Electrical Licence, HV Switching certification, DG handling certification. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver’s license. 2. 工作經驗 (Work Experience) 5年以上高壓基礎設施調試經驗（可再生能源、電站、變電站等）。 2年以上澳大利亞電網級 BESS 項目調試經驗，具備與 Tesla、Fluence、Wärtsilä、Sungrow 等主要 OEM 合作的經歷。 5+ years commissioning HV infrastructure (renewables, substations, etc.). 2+ years of BESS-specific commissioning experience in Australia grid-scale projects. Proven work with major OEMs such as Tesla, Fluence, Wärtsilä, Sungrow, etc. 3. 技術能力 (Technical Skills) 熟悉工業通信協議（Modbus RTU/TCP、CANBUS、IEC 61850、IEEE 2030.5、雲端 API 等），具備 PLC 使用經驗更佳。 深刻理解鋰電池技術，包括性能測試（可用能量、往返效率、衰減、可用率、電氣保護、BMS 功能）。 熟悉 SCADA/EMS 配置、保護繼電器測試（Fluke 438、電池內阻測試儀、事件記錄器）。 有混合項目（BESS+光伏、風電、併網型 PCS）經驗。 熟悉原住民土地進入規範、AEMO 註冊流程、GPS 合規文檔。 Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (Modbus RTU/TCP, CANBUS, IEC 61850, IEEE 2030.5, cloud API, etc.); PLC experience preferred. Strong knowledge of Lithium-ion battery technology and performance testing (usable energy, RTE, degradation, availability, electrical protection, BMS functions). SCADA/EMS configuration, protection relay testing (Fluke 438, battery impedance testers, sequence-of-event recorders). Experience with hybrid projects (BESS+PV, wind, grid-forming PCS). Software: PSSE, PowerFactory grid modeling, CMMS, reporting portals for AEMO MMS and NER compliance.

Responsibilities 1.參與客戶訂單評審，與銷售團隊及客戶保持緊密溝通，理解客戶需求，識別交付風險，並合理評估交付計劃。 1.Participate in customer order reviews, maintain close communication with sales teams and customers, understand customer needs, identify delivery risks, and reasonably evaluate delivery plans. 2.全程跟蹤並管理訂單交付流程，確保按時交付；同時保證項目實施符合公司流程及客戶要求。 2.Track and manage the entire order delivery process to ensure timely delivery, while ensuring compliance with company procedures and customer requirements. 3.與 EA 團隊合作，規劃並執行多式聯運至澳大利亞港口及偏遠項目現場；協調關鍵吊裝、大件運輸及需州級許可/引導車輛的超限運輸。 3.Work with EA team to plan and execute multimodal transport to Australian ports and remote project sites; coordinate critical lifts, heavy transport, and oversize loads requiring state permits/pilot vehicles. 4.確保遵循澳大利亞相關法規，包括 HVNL、CoR、IATA DGR、鋰電池危險品運輸、ADG、海關清關、AQIS 檢疫、州道路通行許可及環保法規。 4.Ensure compliance with Australian regulations including HVNL, CoR, IATA DGR, Li-ion DG, ADG, Customs clearance, AQIS quarantine, state road permits, and environmental requirements. 5.與貨代、碼頭作業方、運輸承包商及項目現場團隊溝通，確保交付進度與施工時間表保持一致。 5.Liaise with freight forwarders, stevedores, transport contractors, and site teams to align delivery schedules with construction timelines. 6.主動應對澳大利亞特有風險（如港口擁堵、山火、颶風季節、偏遠道路限制等），制定應急預案並解決問題。 6.Proactively address Australia-specific risks (e.g., port congestion, bushfires, cyclone season, remote road limitations), and develop contingency plans for problem-solving. 7.進行運費與成本控制，支持滯期費/滯箱費管理，優化集裝箱利用率；同時保障倉儲安全（溫控、測試、充電及預安裝需求）。 7.Control freight rates and costs, manage demurrage/detention, optimize container utilization, and ensure warehouse safety (e.g., temperature-controlled storage, testing, charging for pre-installation). Requirements 1.5年以上物流與供應鏈管理經驗，其中 3年以上專注於澳大利亞 BESS 或大型電氣設備項目。 1.5+ years in logistics and supply chain management, with 3+ years focused on BESS or heavy electrical equipment in Australia. 2.熟悉超限運輸及危險品（DG Class 9）管理，具備澳大利亞港口操作經驗；精通相關法規，包括 HVNL、CoR、通行許可、AQIS 清關及州道路規範。 2.Proven track record in oversize transport and DG Class 9 management via Australian ports; deep knowledge of Australian regulations such as HVNL, CoR, access permits, AQIS clearance, and state road rules. 3.理解 BESS 及備件的搬運和儲存要求，具備偏遠地區現場物流經驗；了解 BESS 調試週期、JIT 交付策略及倉儲管理。 3.Understanding of BESS and spare parts handling and storage requirements, experience with remote site logistics, knowledge of BESS commissioning timelines, JIT delivery strategies, and warehouse management. 4.具備優秀的溝通能力和協調能力，能夠高效整合資源，推動順利交付；具備嚴謹的問題分析與解決能力。 4.Excellent communication and coordination skills, strong organizational ability to efficiently align resources for smooth delivery; rigorous problem analysis and problem-solving skills. 5.擁有交付風險識別與危機管理能力，能夠主動識別、預警並升級潛在風險，保持高度警覺與危機意識。 5.Strong delivery risk identification and crisis management skills; able to proactively detect, escalate, and mitigate risks while maintaining vigilance.

Key Responsibilities • Oversee financial operations for BESS and EPC projects in Australia. • Review and process intercompany and vendor invoices, payment requests, and bank transactions. • Manage month-end closing, financial reporting, and variance analysis. • Prepare and track budget, cash flow projections and cost control reports for projects. • Ensure compliance with GST, BAS, and local tax regulations. • Review and approve staff expense claims in line with Group policy, ensuring accurate accounting and documentation. • Submit financial reports to parent company in accordance to Group requirements (in Chinese, if applicable). • Act as a business partner to management, providing strategic financial insights. • Liaise with external auditors, banks, and tax consultants. • Support continuous improvement in financial systems and processes. Requirements • Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance roles within renewable energy or EPC sectors. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. • CPA Australia or equivalent qualification recognised in Australia. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and major accounting software. • Ability to prepare reports in Chinese is preferred. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Able to work independently under tight deadlines.
