Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in Taiwan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand Marketing, trade Marketing, and digital marketing, experience from CRM and E-commerce would be a plus. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving brand growth, enhancing customer engagement, and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement integrated marketing toolkits, campaign frameworks, cross-market brand building initiatives to build brand awareness and strengthen market presence
• Drive the planning and execution of local marketing campaigns in alignment with product launch timelines, including PR, social media, KOL, advertising, and on-ground activations
• Manage and support regional projects in Taiwan market such as new product development, in-store activations, media strategy and consumer insights
• Coordinate cross-functional and cross-border resources to drive ATL/BTL/digital marketing efforts and maximize campaign effectiveness
• Manage and monitor marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation
• Partner with agencies and internal teams to implement online and offline campaigns in alignment with brand guidelines
• Monitor industry trends, consumer insights and competitive activities and translate findings into concrete actions
• Stakeholder management across internal cross-functional teams and external agency partners
• Create marketing assets, including photography, videography, digital and print collaterals, and guest communication materials
• Uphold brand consistency, ensuring alignment across all marketing assets, channels and customer touchpoints. Maintain information on owned and external channels, ensuring up-to-date content, and deploy website enhancements as needed
• Lead content strategy and manage social media channels, including content ideation, creation and tracking, develop and manage advertising plans and creative development across digital platforms
• Respond to public reviews and comments on key platforms
• Work collaboratively and maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders
• Ensure familiarity and compliance with brand guidelines, company processes and policies
• Stay ahead of market trends and consumer insights, and implement marketing activations that elevate visibility and appeal
