Who We're Looking For: - Sales Professional: You have at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales. - Previous sectors like HR solutions, recruitment, Enterprise solutions, or professional services, SaaS or international sales experience are a plus. - Good Communicator: Native in Mandarin and has good English communication skills (both written and spoken). - Relationship-Driven: You excel at building connections with senior executives and decision-makers, nurturing long-term partnerships. - Engaging Presenter & Negotiator: You're skilled at presenting ideas clearly, crafting persuasive proposals, and negotiating effectively. - Team-Oriented: Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a strong drive to achieve targets. - Social Media Savvy: Active on LinkedIn and other platforms to network and build business opportunities. goFLUENT is looking for a Business Developer with strong cold calling skills and a sales mindset. Someone ready to take on this essential role as the first step in our sales process. If you enjoy engaging with B2B clients through different channels and creating new business opportunities, send us your resume! You will be part of the Taiwan sales and marketing team, and share success stories with other business development team members around the world. Act as the face of the company, being the first point of contact with potential clients. Prospect potential leads that you will reach out to by phone, email or other channels, aiming to identify decision makers. Nurture relationships with high potential leads and current clients.
