Our Hong Kong market launch is only the first step. The long-term vision is to scale globally, making this role critical in setting the blueprint for international expansion.
We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Operations Director who can operate as both strategist and executor — a “one-man band” leader able to craft the business plan, allocate budgets, execute digital campaigns, build partnerships, and set performance benchmarks. This role reports directly to the executive team and will shape the future direction of the company.
【 Key Responsibilities 】
• Define & Execute Strategy – Develop the overall business plan and operational strategy for Hong Kong, with scalability to global markets.
• Budget & Resource Allocation – Take ownership of P&L responsibility, budget planning, and ROI optimization.
• One-man Band Leadership – Act as both planner and executor: from designing digital campaigns (SEO/SEM/performance/content) to pitching partnerships and managing operations.
• App & Web Growth – Build the roadmap for user acquisition, engagement, and retention across both B2B and B2C segments.
• Business Development – Identify and onboard luxury watch dealers and suppliers worldwide, establishing strong long-term relationships.
• Market Expansion – Conduct market research to prepare for rollout beyond Hong Kong into other international markets.
• Performance & Reporting – Set, monitor, and review KPIs; provide clear reporting and strategic recommendations to the leadership team.
• Collaboration – Work with cross-border teams (Hong Kong, Tokyo, and beyond) to align on product development and global marketing strategies.

• 制定及執行策略:為香港市場制定整體業務計劃及營運策略,並具備擴展至全球市場的可行性。
• 預算及資源管理:全面負責 P&L、預算規劃及 ROI 優化。
• One-man Band 領導:既能作為規劃者亦能親自執行,包括設計數碼推廣活動(SEO/SEM/效果廣告/內容營銷)、拓展合作夥伴及管理營運。
• App 與 Web 增長:規劃用戶獲取、參與及留存的路線圖,涵蓋 B2B 及 B2C 市場。
• 業務拓展:發掘並引入全球奢侈手錶經銷商與供應商,建立穩固的長期合作關係。
• 市場擴展:進行市場研究,為由香港走向其他國際市場做好準備。
• 績效管理:設定、監控及檢討 KPI,並向管理層提供明確報告及策略建議。
• 跨區協作:與跨地域團隊(香港、東京及其他市場)合作,統一產品發展及全球營銷策略。
【 Qualifications 】
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8–12 years of experience in digital marketing, operations, or business strategy, with proven leadership experience.
• Strong “one-man band” track record — able to both define strategy and personally execute marketing/operational tasks.
• Demonstrated success in launching or scaling digital platforms, preferably in luxury, lifestyle, or high-value goods.
• Proficiency in CMS, SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital performance tools.
• Strong understanding of luxury watch industry or luxury consumer markets preferred.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese; excellent communicator and negotiator.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a global vision, highly results-oriented and resourceful.

• 8–12 年數碼營銷、營運或商業策略相關經驗,並具備成熟的領導經驗。
• 具備 “one-man band” 成功經驗 —— 能同時制定策略並親自執行營銷及營運工作。
• 曾成功推動或擴展數碼平台,特別是奢侈品、生活方式或高價值產品領域者優先。
• 熟練使用 CMS、SEO、Google Analytics、Google Ads、Meta Ads 等數碼營銷及數據分析工具。
• 熟悉奢侈手錶行業或奢侈品消費市場者優先考慮。
• 中英文及廣東話流利,具備優秀的溝通及談判技巧。
• 具備創業家思維與全球視野,結果導向、資源運用靈活,能獨立推進項目。
