Customer Logistics Management: Understand customers’ supply chain and collaborate with the supply chain of key customers to improve the supply network between P&G and customer in terms of availability, speed and cost. Physical Distribution: Manage third-party logistics (3PL) and warehouse operations to ensure smooth operation and quality products are delivered to customers and consumer. Product Supply plays a critical role in multi-functional team, as a key stakeholder in business development and decision-making. Forecasting customer demand, owning and executing production and planning; working with the information flow for the entire supply chain and being responsible for the physical flow process from suppliers through production plants and distribution centers to the customer's shelf.
