• 在現場執行工程監督，以確保整個工程的工程品質和工期。
• 如工程有偏差和可能的事件會影響品質、工期，HSE在現場被發現時，要及時和工程團隊和客戶做回報。
• 審查承包商的文件
• 現場稽核和查驗
• 如果需要，需準備定期工程報告
• 代表客戶和我們台北專案團隊間在現場的主要溝通者
• 在服務中輔導和支援客戶和相關利害者。
• 如客戶需要，需參與相關利害者的會議。

再生能源工程監造服務，監督低、中、高壓機電系統的建置, 包含但不限於:
‑ 低壓系統組裝及附屬設施，如線槽、接地等
‑ 低壓電路線路及管路至中壓站
‑ 中壓站機電工程
‑ 中壓站至高壓升壓站連接
‑ 附屬機電設施, CCTV, SCADA等
‑ 品質程序: 包商自主檢查、測試、缺失清單punch list追蹤及改善.
‑ 承包商HSE缺失建議(依現場作業觀察, 非專職任務)
‑ 參與業主及公司內部會議
Supervision of renewable energy electrical engineering covering the construction of low-voltage, medium voltage and high voltage system and interconnection, including but not limited to:
• LV system assembly and the auxiliary facilities, e.g. cable trays, earthing system, etc.
• LV electrical connection and the pipelines to MV stations
• MV station electrical & mechanical engineering
• Connection from MV station to HV substation
• Project control facilities, CCTV, SCADA, etc.
• Quality procedures: contractors' quality inspection, testing, punch list tracking and improvement.
• Monitoring on contractor HSE deficiencies (based on site observation, not a full-time task)
• Meetings: Technical meetings with the Client or internal owner's engineer

1. 熟悉顧問工程業之帳務處理，並審核廠商貨款及各項費用等應付款項之相關憑證，並符合財會及稅務之規定。
2. 可熟悉文中WBEC營建成本會計系統操作。
3. 營業稅及營所稅申報。
4. 財務報表編製，並配合會計師查帳作業。
5. 具有會計師事務所經驗
6. 英文聽說能力
7. 具ERP系統導入經驗為佳, 特別是Microsoft Business Center
1. Familiar with accounting procedures in the consulting engineering field, including reviewing supporting documents for vendor payments and various expenses, ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
2. Supervise accounting operations.
3. Proficient in operating the WBEC construction cost accounting system.
4. Responsible for VAT and corporate income tax filings.
5. Preparation of financial statements and reports, and coordination with CPA audits.
6. Excellent English skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with the German headquarters and other foreign colleagues.
7. Experience in ERP system implementation is a plus, especially with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
